GEC Fixed blade knives?

I was at my local shop and I saw a GEC fixed blade hunting / camp knife with nice jigged bone scales. Wasnt wild about the sheath but it looked pretty nice. Anyone have one or have an opinion?

I'm not a fan of the fixed blades off the 73/23 patterns but the #50 hunters with knobbly stag look mighty fine.

I've got one of the 73 style fixed blades, I like it. They overbuilt the sheath, but it's still a quality sheath. I wouldn't mind using the knife as a little bird and trout knife, but it's not a "hard use" fixed blade.

I own a 73 style sabre ground fixed blade with elk scales and its stainless. Love that knife to death, goes with me anytime I'm out hiking or in the woods.
