GEC folding knife

Hi all, i'm new here so i hope i am doing this right. I have a folding knife with a 4 inch blade. On one side near the base of the blade it has GEC inside a diamond, on the other it has a single S. I guess GEC was made by George Koutsopoulos, but can't find any info on folding knives. Can anyone help with some info

No. "Koutsopoulos" starts with a K. Great Eastern Cutlery.
 
Well guess i was wrong. Just shows what i don't know. Still trying to find info on this knife. I was told it was made around north east ohio

Great Eastern Cutlery is a realtively new (in slipjoint terms) company that makes knives today. Just Google it.
