Does the GEC Half Congress have a single or double backspring?

I can't say with 100% certainty, but congresses, at least all that I have seen, are 2 spring knives, with half congresses having 1 spring.

It's a good question to ask after Case went to its current one-spring-per-blade construction on its 052 congress patterns in the mid-90s.
