I was wondering if anybody has in hand/ size comparison pics of the following with an Executive Whittler or Cattle Baron, (or Case SBJ/ Queen canoe-as that is what I have available at home right now).

Conductor
Courthouse Whittler
Half Congress

I'm most interested in the Conductor and Courthouse Whittler as I carry the Executive Whittler in Stag every day and want to change it up a bit once in a while, and wood is calling me!
Any help is appreciated- plus things like spine shots, pull differences, or anything personal to add would be greatly appreciated.

No pic but I have been carrying one of Mike Latham's Conductor pattern he had GEC do for him. He had them replace the pen blade with a coping blade. It's a great little knife.

Here's a quick in-hand shot of a Courthouse whittler (sorry about the nails - I've been playin' the geetar lately :D):

Here's a pic I had on hand of the spine:

This is my favorite GEC pattern. The pulls are just perfect--not too hard; not too soft--and the fit is so good on all of my samples that there's no hint of blade rub anywhere, and all the blades came shaving-sharp straight from the tube. The #62 Half Congress is another great option if you're looking for something even slimmer. The pulls on that pattern are noticeably firmer (though definitely not nail-breakers), and both blades have halfstops, whereas the main blade on the Courthouse has none.

Here's a spine shot of both #62s:

As you can see, the blade stock on the whittler is thicker, but both are ground just as thin toward the tip.

Here's a size comparison with a Case/Bose Norfolk and a GEC #61 Congress:

And, finally(!), here's a comparison shot of the Half Congress with the Executive:

Hope this helps.

I don't have a #89 or #54 to compare to but I used a #53 and swayback jack. I also don't have a courthouse whittler in hand yet, finally ordered one today. Below are the swayback jack, conductor with coping, half congress and the cuban.

Wonderful stuff the Tortoiseshell acrylic that Arathol shows. Conductor is one the the best small knives in my experience.

Thanks so far all. Somebody snapped up the conductor I was looking at, but I have my eye on 4 different varieties of them, so something will probably come home some time (I'm on a wood handle kick right now). More opinions or pictures are always wanted. After using my executive while hunting last year I have no doubt they will do the job!

My Courthouse Whittler came in today. Its a very nice pattern. Feels great in hand, more pocket friendly than the Half Congress but a little thicker. The end by the main blade is slightly narrower than the one with the secondary blades.

Fine shot of some very fine stuff there Trand. Also shows just how much cutting length the Conductor offers despite having a small frame.

Here;s my 53 with my Case Canoe. I was going to go ahead and give it to my nephew but he's going to have to wait on the Lord to call me home more then likely....

Those slant/pinched bolsters really give the knife an elegant look. Not surprised you've decided to hang on for a 100!
