The current production schedule on the GEC website is pretty much finished up so they'll be posting a new one soon. The 83 might be up soon.

An 83 in drop point (just seems the most versatile to me) would suit me just fine and the size is just right too. My second choice would be a clip blade. I've been waiting for the 83 as soon as I heard about it. But thankfully they aren't out right now and I have a little time to save for one

Think I've seen pix of bone slabs being readied for this one. Or am I merely insane with anticipation, mirage style?

I'm eager for this knife and hope it will be out in around a month now that the 15 avalanche has cleared
