GEC & Northfield History book heads up

Knifeworld mag has a book review in the current issue that looked interesting. The book title is Great Eastern Cutlery, An American Tradition. The History of Northfield and Tidiote Brands, by David L. Anthony. The thing that really caught my attention was the fact that a good portion of the book is the 1869 reprint of an original Northfield catalog.

KnifeHead's gonna buy himself an early Christmas gift.

FYI, for those of you that love traditional knife information and don't yet get Knifeworld, pick up a copy and check it out. I think it's the best knife mag out there for the traditional knife enthusiast.
