It's a little time consuming to go through GEC's pattern portfolio ... though pleasurable LoL
I wish there was a chart of GEC patterns by size or chart grouping by size

Couple of questions:

- Which GEC pattern is most similar in size to a peanut pattern?
- What is the smallest single blade GEC pattern?

Thanks

Pemberton, Magnum, and Esquire are the knives you seek.

Edit: Watchpocket Sunfish is a hair bigger, but really a fun little knife.

Yep, the #06 Pemberton and #22 Magnum are the closest to the Peanut. The #09 Esquire is also small but technically has 2 blades (but they share the same spring so this might be a non-issue). The smallest single blade GEC would be the 1 blade #25 which is 3" closed with a blade about equal in length to Case Peanut's main blade. Still, it's kinda chunky for its size so even with 1 blade its about as thick as a delrin Case Peanut.

The Tidioute pembertons had a single blade version but they're hard to find (smaller than the 25). The magnum only came in the two blade jack format. :)

I agree with the others about the Pemberton. I just picked up a beauty (06) on the exchange last week. They rarely pop up. I really like this knife, in fact I am carrying it today. FYI I do not own a 22 (yet) so I can't comment on that pattern.

Thanks guys !!! :)

I wish I could see a side by side of the ...

2 3/4" Pemberton 06
2 5/8" Magnum 22
3" Little Jack 25
3" Sleeveboard 26

I'm REALLY liking what I see online with the #22 Magnum but have some concern about the length. I wonder if I would end up not happy because it's only 2 5/8" long closed. I'm okay with a peanut at about 2 7/8" but small increments make a HUGE difference on smaller knives. That quarter inch might be a deal breaker ... dunno
