Picked this one up this morning. The sheath is nice. A little loose on the knife, but it fits deep in my pocket, which is good. The leather lanyard is needed to pull the knife out of the sheath. Blade is sharp and overall finish is very well done.

I think there may be a SFO. GEC website shows a Northfield with a Federal shield and what looks like streaked ebony, or possibly black micarta ?

Tidioute - Denim Blue Micarta - Awesomeness in a small fixed blade !

Fit and finish is excellent, I could not have asked for better. Beautiful knife ! Pick up any version you can, you won't be disappointed. Sheath fits easily in pocket, sheath clip feels like it has just the right amount of tension. Room enough in your pocket for your second knife . With my jeans, sheath in pocket, I can still easily access my daily carry Large Cold Steel Voyager, 5 1/4" closed.

Those have excellent, thoughtful design. First time you look at it and think "How in the world am I going to carry this in the pocket??" Then you clip it on and... forget it is even there. Might fine knives.
