Just ordered a GEC Pemberton. I'm very much looking forward to seeing it. They seem pretty rare. Anyone willing to share their opinion, impressions, etc. Thank You in advance!

I love my Pemberton and I rotate it in my watch pocket with a Case Peanut. I had a beautiful Cocobolo Pemberton that I had to sell...when I was looking for a Pemberton to replace it, all I could find was the Cherry Soda Acrylic, which was my first GEC acrylic, and it is awesome. I don't know how I would feel about a single blade Pemberton as I think it may be too slim for my liking. I never use the pen blade on mine, but I need it just to give the knife a little extra heft.

Here's some older pics of mine...

I like mine. Surprisingly stout. I personally like it better than the peanut. But that's just me

Very cool. Ive been on the lookout for a single blade pemberton in bone, stag, or wood, but ive been pretty unlucky on that front. Hope you enjoy it!

I have Tomato #07, really like the single blade. I saw the ad for these 'little coke bottles' in Knives Illustrated, that's how I learned about GEC.

I regret not getting a single blade version when they were released. Can't find them now. I like 'em small and for 9/10s of what I need a knife for it'd be perfect.

I was very tempted by some of them when they appeared but just a bit on the small side for mine.

I have a two blade in stag, and a single blade in cherry soda acrylic. I love em both....really do. I wish they would come our with another round of clip bladed Pembertons. I'd love to get one in cocacola...err I mean cocabolo.

The GEC 22 gunstock is just about the same knife, but offset. The pemberton has a stronger back spring which I feel makes it feel bigger and more rugged.

My single blade Ebony Pemberton is my favorite watch pocket knife. Wish I'd grabbed one in olive jigged bone too.

Received it yesterday. Very pleased! I work in an office in NYC...I like small (but functional) knives...This baby really fits the bill. I had the Cayote, and while I liked it's size and look, I found it to be not quite stout enough for my liking. And while I love the #25's the pulls on them suckers it too hard...Had one and had to struggle to get the blade out. Pemberton all the way for me...If they make a better knife than this, I'll buy it!!

I LOVE my Pemberton. More robust than a Peanut, yet with rounded edges it's more easily pocketed.

Robb, that one's really nice. But for me, add about an inch and it would be near perfect.

here's one I picked up this week. I really like it. Its small, but with a nice weight to it, and it feels well balanced and sturdy. I like it more than the #18 I had for a period of time.

here is it shown next to some 14's. Its smaller, but doesn't give away a lot in utility.
