GEC size up from #18 Beagle?

You mean similar as in Wharncliffe? Also how much longer? Most GEC patterns are far bigger than the 18.

55 or 56 pattern is a medium to medium chunky serpentine. 57 is opposite drop in the handle. The 66 is serpentine but almost a cigar pattern with a sway in it. The 18, 55, 56 have larger bolsters one one and than the other.

I'd be curious too ... the beagle I had was far to small - never bonded with it. Would like that exact pattern in 3-1/4" or so - sheepsfoot would do fine, wharnie would be ok too.

I'd like a bit bigger wharny about the same physical size as the Case SBG.

I believe the Case equivalent to a step-up in size to their Peanut (similar to the GEC Beagle) is the Mini Copperhead.

Might take a look at the upcoming easy pocket Congress #62. It's about 3 3/4, with a wharncliffe and pen, but it's not a serpentine. Should carry very nicely, though.
