gec wax paper

the wax paper gec put inside the tubes wrapped around the knife....is that a good idea for long term storage?.if so where can I find some of that wax paper?..i have a few knives without boxes

You could really wrap it in anything that isnt wet....

But if youre going to store some knives, may aswell order a Plano brand pistol case or two. 8-10$ a pop, and theyll hold your knifes snug, and its pretty classy too!

Usually this paper has corrosion inhibitors. Check this

If that does not bring up products, do your own amazon search. They have it.
The paper has VCIs in it. Volatile Corrosion Inhibitors. I would say using this paper would be a great idea. There are also "zip lock" style bags that have the vcis in them as well. Just pop your knife in there and seal it up.
