GEC, What are their brands

It may be the other way around. I have read reports - don't know if they are true - that Queen may supply some frames to GEC.
Does anyone know exactly what the relationship is between GEC and Queen?

GEC, of course, Northfield and Tidioute. The owners of GEC worked at Queen Cutlery before breaking out on their own. The Two factories Queen and GEC as the crow flies are about a minute away from each other. Bill Howard uesd to be the Chief knife designer at Queen. I maybe wrong but I don't think GEC do work for Queen or Vice Versa.

GEC does not make Queen or vice versa.

GEC makes all their own frames, blades, bone dying...everything.

GEC brands are:
Great Eastern
Tidioute
Northfield
current Cripple Creek (contract)
many current Bulldogs (contract)
current Tuna Valley (contract)

And a few others to add:

Bradford Cutlery- current 2-3 models to date (contract Smokey Mountain Knifeworks)
Ulster Knife Company - current 1 model to date (contract)
Walden Knife company - current 1 model to date (contract)
Krack-A-Jack Brand - current 2 different handle material 1 model to date (contract)
Schrade Fire N Ice limited edition of 4 different handle material 2 models similar to Scout and Pioneer (contract)

I just picked up a GEC made sunfish for Bradford Cutlery Co.
What other models are out there?

EDIT: just saw the one-blade Remington-esque scout (GEC 73) w/ the bullet shield on SMKW.

queen & gec are different entities. both companies do make contract brands. queen works primarily in d2 at this time . gec does theirs in 1095 & 440c. i.m.h.o. these 2 manuf. are making the best factory knives in america. i'm not including the tactical black knives made by companies like benchmade & spyderco since i'm talking about traditional types of pocketknives.
