I just received this new knife today from a a custom knife maker by the name of Eliot Madonado of EFM Knives.. I was referred to him by two collectors who truly love his work, I called Eliot and he usually just makes knives and they sell in one day on Instagram, so I asked if he would make me a front flipper, he said he had never made one and would give it a try.I don't know how many rows of bearings he uses but it is as fast as my Thorburn and closes effortlessly . The fit and finish is some of the best I have ever seen, and I asked him to keep the weight down so he made a small backspace out of the same bronze LSCF and polished it so you can see the shiny bronze wires. This was the first time I ever heard of M3 Bolster Material and it is simply stunning, I just thought I would share this with everyone, because I have never seen him advertise on Blade Forums and now maybe he will. Thanks for looking.. PS for some reason I cannot post pictures but you can email if you want to see them??:
