Hello,
I just wanted to point out my website to any makers that need a source for smaller gemstones used for inlay work on knives. The knifemakers gemstones page is devoted to the smaller stones used in thumstuds and also for handles and bolsters. I give 10-20% discounts to any knifemakers who has need for any gemstones. The pages are updated bi-monthly so if there isn't something you need there, then there probably will be.
Also do custom orders, so if there isn't what you need on my site please email me from the site with what you are looking for and I can probably have it and sent out within a week or two. All stones are carefully weighed, measured, and inspected before any shipment.
Also if anyone needs any information regarding the durability of any stone feel free to ask, I can answer your question within a day and help you find exactly what you need to decorate that knife.
