Hi, fellow-hawkers!
My name is vec, and I modify hawks for you with our composite handles, the Gen 1 Mk 2 line.
Gen 1 Mk 2 hawks are a hawk head of your choice on a composite handle of our design.
Shown here are a modified Cold Steel Trail Hawk, and a Cold Steel Norse Hawk, finished in Multicam Cordura and similar head pattern.
Sometimes we modify heads on our hawks, when requested.
We make small hawks...;
We make big hawks...;
....And we make everything-in-between-length hawks ...har...!
You can get just what you want in many colors of Cordura or other custom finishes, as well as paracord wraps of different colors and multiple purpose...;
We also add hardware, such as deeply-founded bolts for camera or rifle mounts in the head, and tool attachment points in the butt as an option to our
standard cowled steel ring (shown below, before Cordura skinning and finishing).
....The bolts also work as inexpensive walking feet for staffs and poll axes.
Here is a picture of a 3/8 inch bolt before the hawk is detailed and finished - the hawk handle is not machined, it is hermetically formed around the hardware.
For more information on the Hawk Project, please check us out regularly for new developments at

...Or for quick customer service, kindly contact us at...:

We'd love to hear from you just for advice, requests, or a future purchase, brethren!
We will be offering IGHs (Instant Gratification Hawks) in the For Sale forum soon - so keep an eye peeled if you can't stand to wait for a custom.
Thanks for looking!
Happy Hawking,
vec
