General forum under attack?

I can get into all the forums except the General Discussion forum.What's Up?

Just tried a couple of forums under the Knife Exhange and they weren't working either.

Well, I'm not sure exactly what happened, but since it started around 4, and ended around 8, it seems pretty malicious in intent to me.

But, that's fine. I contacted our ISP last week about this, and we're going to take a look at it in depth on Monday.

Just FYI, when the attack started around 4, I created a seperate log file for BladeForums.com. I just ended it since the attack seemed to be over. If someone was launching multiple attacks during this time, I've got it in the server logs, and since it just contains the information between then and now, it's going to be a lot easier to filter.

Should be interesting.

Any of you guys in the security field who want a jump start on analyzing the log file for this time period can contact me and I'll give you a location to download it from.
