Been researching that company's history, and found good information on the various subsidiaries and who owned which subsidiary and when. I can't seem to find a lot on the ownership of the parent company in Germany though. The current CEO's name is "Carsten Felix", so I assume it's no longer in the hands of Boker family?

Hopefully someone can provide some information about the current owners of the company. Thanks.

I don't know the answer to your question but Carsten's father ran Boker for years before he took over. Have met both of them in the past.
