BladeArt sold me a GenO Denning "C Model", a small, almost miniature, Loveless style fixed blade with a polished, hollow ground ATS-34 blade. The tapered tang is sandwiched between stag handles with thin red liners. It affords a very comfortable three and a half finger grip with the balance point between the first and second fingers. GenO also includes a fine pouch style belt sheath.
It hasn't eye catching angles, curves, or colors. It wouldn't be picked first from a dozen knife display, but it's as comfortable in the hand as a cat is in your lap.
The blade came very sharp. It'll be with me from now on opening boxes, slicing fruit, stripping wire, and doing other light work. It replaces a MT SOCOM MA which, since it's big and black and snackety sounding, elicited wide eyed comments from bystanders whenever it was deployed. The SOCOM also scraped my hand when I fished change out of my pocket. The Denning attracts little attention and is much less intimidating.
GenO is a superb craftsman and a true gentleman. Check out his knives, they're bargains.
