Howdy Y'all,
I was putting my Gent into a DMT Aligner clamp to sharpen it the other night, and in the process of shifting the blade around in the jaws to get it correctly positioned, the lock failed. At first I thought I might have hit the release, but then I tried to make it fail on purpose, and was able to do so, twice, with just pressure from my hands.
Now, obviously, I know that this knife is not designed for hard use. Still, I haven't used it very much at all. I only EDC it maybe once a week or so when I'm dressed up nice for church. I'm just wondering if this is to be expected, or if it's a warranty issue. Thanks for the input.
