I'm satisfied with these two knives, very beautiful if you like the mammoth tooth .... a very special material especially in processing to mount. The dentin remains very hard and unaltered despite the thousands of years it has on its shoulders!

Bravo!!! The nature of mammoth tooth is beautiful to behold, but such a pain to work with Nicely Done.

Thanks friends.

Ciao John, I do not like making brazing. I realize it only on specific request. There is no solder on these two knives.

I have not made many knives in the tooth of mammoth, it is a beautiful material to see but very, mangy to work with. I took really long hours to cut the mammoth block, taking care not to break it, then once glued the grips to make the 2mm holes I bought the hardest bits that I found on the market ..... it went well!
