Yeah, yeah, it's CHEAP. While buying my "devil pouch" at Nordic Knives, I spotted this lil thingie. Amazingly well finished for what it is. 440 and ....TAKES.....a heck of an edge. Now whether it will .....hold.... it is another story.
But the nice wood is so darn pretty that it'll be okay for when I go to cocktail parties (which is never) and the hardest thing I can imagine it needing to do would be to slice a pimiento olive.
Very smooth action and smoothly finished where things meet.
Since I can't bring myself to divulge who REALLY made it, I tell everyone it is from a very famous Mexican knifemaker, Hernando China (pronounced CHEE-na)
It doesn't look like Sr. China is making this a "limited edition."
