Just incase y'all thought I didn't make using knives anymore here is one I am calling a Gents hunter.

Blade; 3/16 X 3 3/4 inch hollow ground mirror polished O-1
Handle; 4 1/4 inches stabalized sheeps horn with brass guard
and bolster on red liners and a file worked tang
OAL; 8 1/8 inches.

Thanks For Looking:)

I reallky like the pattern of the filework on that (as does my wife, she saw it over my shoulder and said "Oooooh. I like that!"). Any chance of a bit of a description on how you worked that pattern?

Thanks,

-d

Thanks All, D. it is cut with a round file at a 45 degree angle then a thin triangle file with a shallow cut on top and a deep rolling cut over the edge keeping the opposing side in line with the same 45 degree angle.
