Genuine Snody (abused) or fake??

I rec'd this a while back on trade. Too long back to know it's origins, but the trader said it was a Snody. Never had maker's mark on it, but it looks like it has seen a grinder or sander at some point. The current state of the knife is far from good if it's a legit Snody Bad Boss or other Snody model, but it would be worth trying to have it rehab'd if it was legit. If it's just an imitation, I can't see a reason to bother.

Anyone able to help?

I'm pretty sure that is not a Boss or any recent model of any of Mike's knives.

Thanks much Mike. Kinda wondered. Couldn't have been so lucky. Guess I'll have to go to the source for one.
