I forged it to shape today. There was a small but pesky crack near the tip so I had to chop the tip off and give it a bowie clip. Hey I never said shit dont happen. Anyway I like it I hope you do. Right now its basking in the stress relief oven for a couple hours. You will need to heat treat it, grind it and finish it up.

I should be able to UPS it in the morning.

It was fun, thanks man.

Noobs like me love to see pics (hint, hint).

I know, It is still in the oven but really it just looks like a blade blank right now anyway. I can shoot a picture tomarrow but maybe Geo will post it after he does his magic on it.

Bruce you're a heck of a guy to make a blade for such Portagee,,,whenever I go over his place, and he starts acting up and I call him an A$$HOLE he makes me qualify the word with MR.

Here are the images after a quick grind and dip. More chain pattern is hidden underneath. I think it will be a very cool blade.

Man, that blade looks way too cool, awesome job Bruce.

I can't wait to see it in person :D

Listen. Bubba with that attitude you may not get to even touch it.:jerkit::p HEHEHEHE!!!

Boy, this sounds eerily similar to your other thinly veiled threats about having to "touch" it:barf::D

Made some venison for today but I think it's gonna be too spicy for the family. You may have even more eat.
