Hi all,
Went geocaching last weekend and I took the opportunity to bring some Busse blades along for a workout...

First, modded meaner on a limb...

Then, I tought practicing firemaking skills was appropriate...

After 7 or 8 strikes, some smoke appeared...

...then fire, with water nearby, just in case.

Used this BATAC for some whittling. This thing is SHARP!

I did a little bit of chopping too with the HHFSH (more than what's shown on this picture!):

Group pictures of the knives used that day:

And for those wondering...Yes, I finally found the geocache!

Thanks Busse!

Nice pics. My friends recently got into geocaching, and they love it. It's a great excuse to great out into the woods

Love to see the HH in use. :)

Thanks for the pics. Looks like it was fun.
I have friends who do the geocaching thing, and they took our fam with them on an expedition last year. It was good fun.
Since then, I've thought it would be extremely cool to do it with Busses.
I know, it would be pricey, but wouldn't it be awesome to hide our own Nuclear Payloads. If anybody has an idea how it could work, I'd be in.

Exactly! And it gives the kids a motivation to tag along, from time to time...

I got an idea....

... You hide your INFI and give me the coordinates, and I'll find it! Sounds like a great idea!!!:D

LOL. Sounded good to me. :D

I think this could work out. What about Game Warden geocaching? GW's are readily available and not as pricey as the higher end/rarer stuff. I'd just be worried about someone non-Busse forum finding it and keeping it.

geocaching is seriously cool! cant wait til I get better ...I'll be right back out there!

BTW great pic's and knives!
