Knife nuts are always welcome at my shop Slaw. There is nothing I would rather do than talk knives. No that is wrong, eating comes before talking knives, after all a fellow has to keep his figure.

The next show I will be attending is the Canadian Knifemakers Guild show on April 8th an 9th in Mississauga, then I have just booked into the Central Texas show on Aug 4,5 6 in Austin, TX.

Thanks again for the compliments Slaw.

I have admired George Tichbourne's work for years now. These knives are beautiful, and yes they are a great bargain. But most of all, they PERFORM. By all means, visit George and/or come to the CKG show to see for yourself. But please leave a few knives for us Canadians.

Slaw, did you take any pictures of George and his shop??? I'll never make it up there and sure would enjoy seeing them!! If it wouldn't take up too much web space, it would be nice to have a forumite photo gallery where each forumite posts one pic of themselves either working in the shop or showing off their favorite blade. Oh well!!! Maybe someday we'll have fast enough computers and enough web space for it.Take care! Michael

Always think of your fellow knife makers as partners in the search for the perfect blade, not as people trying to compete with you and your work!
