hello everyone,
I just came across this little guy & I would like to know some more info on it. The side of the blade where the manufacture would be is unfortunately too rusted and antiqued to be able to distinguish a name, all that can be read is ----M&SON. based off the stamp shown i am assuming it is an older George Wostenholm & Sons.

am i right with this assumption?

I would really like some info on this particular razor

Yes, George Wostenholm of Sheffield. One of the major razor trademarks was the "pipe razor". If it says England on the razor it is post 1890, if no England on the stamp, then pre 1890. At least that's the general concensus.
