gerber 06 "fast" folder???

Im looking for some practical opinions on the gerber 06 fast..The assisted opening version of the 06 automatic. The blade is 440a instead of s30v, I do know that..I have handled the 06 automatic and am fairly familiar with it. Does anyone own or maybe handled one of the 06 'fast" versions?
I know the general opinion on here about gerber but what about this knife in particular...Thanks

I wanted to like this knife but when I held it, it opened slowly and had an overall cheap feeling. I can't say anymore than that as when I hold a knife I get that initial first impression and if it is good I tend to play with it a while and if it is very good I tend to think hard if I want to purchase it. I honestly never gave this one another thought.

Not very scientific but it all starts out as looks and feel for me.

Thanks, I was really just curious because I like the 06 auto version..I didnt think it would be near the same but I had to ask..
