About 4 1/2" open, 2 1/2" closed, lock blade. Don't know what steel is used.
Picked one up a couple years ago. Looks like it would work for small tasks.
I just picked up a new Gerber 2.0 STL. It is a frame lock and is very sturdy for a little knife. If you hand is not too big you can open it with one hand. I will definitely fit in a PSK. I payed $11.00 at the Sports Authority.
The Gerber 200 looks like it is in the LST family. The LST knives can be pulled apart with your fingers. The scales are the liners and they are just plastic and the sides are held in with just some pins. Not very sturdy.
I wouldn't do any prying with it but it should cut fine. I have a few LST's that work o.k. I gave them to my 10 year old and you know what they can do to darn near anything.
