Gerber Blackie Collins

I am looking for information on this knife. I’m sure it is a variation of the Gerber Blackie Collins River master, but I can’t find any information on one like mine. I’ve seen one other in a picture but that is it. The differences are:
1. The Design by Blackie Collins etching is on the opposite side of the blade.
2. Mine has a small tether hole at the base.
3. Z 90 Diving Systems logo on the blade.
4. The orange sheath rather than black.

I have the one with the black sheath somewhere. I don't remember when I bought it, but it was probably 20-30 years ago. Thanks for reminding me, I'll try to find it and carry it.
