Gerber BMF

I bought a Gerber BMF about 7 or 8 years ago. It seems like a nice knife. I've used it some over the years, nothing drastic or demanding, mainly just cleaning big redfish for fun.

I have a question regarding the sharpener which was glued to the back of the sheath. It is a diamond sharpener, 1 x 4", seems like a fine grit. Does anyone know the manufacturer of these hones?

I've been carrying the 8 inch BMF for about that long but I don't know who made the sharpener. Gerber has had sharpeners for a while now under their brand. I remember a steel from a long time ago. I like my BMF, kind of like a cheaper Randall number 1. Gerber used to make great knives, like my Magnum Folding Hunter from about 1979.
