Gerber boot knife help needed.

I just acquired this little gerber. Has the company name on one side, 'taiwan' on the other. Nice leather belt sheath. Any information appreciated, I can find lots of gerber boot knives on line, but not this one. Years made? Was it very unpopular? Rare? Thank you in advance.

Can't say I have ever seen that one before, reminds me of a Guardian with the blade shape and sheath. Most likely late seventies to eighties. Have an old Guardian that I carried during the eighties in the military.

Is there a number stamped on the knife?

The sheath style looks more like a guardian presentation model sheath. Guess 1980s.

It looks like the Gerber MK1 (R.W. Loveless) without handle (Armor-hide?).
