3.25"<3.5" last time I checked. Law enforcement are not allowed to go "Eh, close enough to illegal" if they want to keep their badge. Mind, there are cops out there are just plain ignorant and actually have a completely wrong idea of what the law is, but the courts always follow the law as written.What about a 3.25" folding knife? I'm moving there soon and I was curious about the laws.
Blade length varies on city. Each city can make it's own laws... length and fixed or not.
Seattle, bans all fixed blades and any knife over 3.5 inches.
Everett bans knives over 3 inches.
Tacoma bans blades over 3.5 inches.
