Gerber F.A.S.T 06?

I was browsing the internet when I came across this particular knife and wondered if it was worth the money. Has anyone bought one before? I've owned knives in the past but this would be my first purchase above $50 (US).
Is it worth the money?

ehh...i handled a much smaller gerber with that assisted mechanism and i really didn't like it. what about a kershaw tanto blur instead? they can be had for the same price and the assist is much nicer. plus, you have kershaw's great warranty and customer service and F&F.
