I just saw this and a search didn't turn anything up. Anyone have one of these. It's a Rick Hinderer collaboration with Gerber and it uses a flipper and an assisted opening mechanism. The thing deterring me right now is the 440A blade. The only Gerber I have is ATS34 so I don't know much about the quality of their 440A. Seems like a good price for an interesting knife (~$40). Any info would be appreciated. Thanks.

I have a comboedge AR 3.5 (it has a 440A blade), and the plainedge portion of the blade is difficult to get sharp and loses its edge swiftly. Also, if I tighten the pivot enough to minimize bladeplay, the knife gets too tight to easily open.
