gerber folding hatchet

i was reading a magazine and i saw an article about a folding camp axe by gerber...has anyone used this yet...i googled it to no avail... i believe the article was in national geographic adventure. personally i find a hatchet fairly packable and i wouldnt think a folding one would give any advantage weight wise. what do you all think?
 
I think its one of those (let see if we can do it ranther than a should we do it) an axe is a much more heavily used piece of gear than a knife... I would use a folding knife an often do..but a folding axe just seems like a pre broken axe to me...
