Gerber Gator fixed blade put to the test!!

I received my Gator fixed blade with drop point yesterday, and I am really impressed with it. I had a sow penned up that I caught last week and was going to skin, and cook up this weekend, using my new Gator for the job. However, I could not wait any longer, so I killed her this morning and went to work. The Gator is my new favorite skinning knife, and you hunters should get you one. It did the job nicely, and we will see how the edge holds up. I am now at work and the boys are keeping an eye on the smoker, and keeping ice in the chest so I will let you know how it tasted next week.
