Gerber Guardian vs. SOG Mini Pentagon

Well, I was looking for a smallish neck/boot knife, and I've narrowed my search down to either the Guardian or the Pentagon. Which one do you guys prefer? Thanks.

the guardian for it's flatter profile.
but of course there have been complaints about it hard plastic sheath being "noisy" with the blade knocking about whilst on the move.
fix that, and i'ld say that it's becomes the near perfect boot dagger.
weighs next to nothing and that makes it a plus.
it's basic mini dagger configuration couldn't possibly be improved much further but i certainly would have liked a steel pommel...
nothing terribly wrong with the mini pentagon; just that it has a bulkier handle when you compare the two.
no noise from this sheath, but it's leaves much to the imagination as to how one can "low key" this bulkier package...
