Gerber guardian

I like Gerber knives but I had never seen this one. Is it good for $48 or should I look for another knife to carry?

Hey Lambert...

All depends what you will be using the knife for...

It may also break local laws as it is double edged...

It has a very specific purpose in life, and it not well suited as a utility knife..

For $50.00,,though it is a good little knife..

If you like the guardian, look at this:

It is called the Garm and it is made by Fallkniven. Supposed to be available in November. Around $100. VG-10 steel. Here is a thread with more details:
