Gerber LMF II vs Prodigy??

Anyone compare the black GERBER LMF II vs. the Prodigy?
What are the main differences besides steel and scales? Are they both close in length, and heaviness?

I have an LMF II and really like it. I plan on picking up a Prodigy some time as well although I haven't actually seen one in person.
