Gerber Mark II Fixed Blade Knife With Partial Serrations Authentication

Hey all. Recently had one of my customers return this Gerber knife to me, he was saying it was a fake, so I gave him his money back. Before relisting it I wanted to double check with some experts. I think it feels and looks legit, but could be duped by a damn good fake. Take a look, and I really appreciate your time.

They were only made for a couple years, 1979-82. You'd have to track down the serial number to get a real date. Maybe contact Gerber?

Definitely a Command II, I had one for years, purchased in the mid 1980's. I read somewhere that they were only produced for a few years due to poor sales. I'd recommend a google search for more info. How much were you asking for this knife?

Don't bother. Gerber only kept track of the Mark II serial numbers. Trust me on this; I have tried.
