What is my Gerber Mark II worth? I bought it new in 1987, it has a black handle and a serrated blade. The sheath is black leather. The knife has never been used or sharpened. The reason that I am asking is that I may want to sell it. The serial # is A5712S.

Kodmag, check out e-bay. Depending on the mood of the market, they are going for anywhere from 65 to 100. The grey handles ones and ones that are from the Vietnam era go for much more than that. There also seems to be a distinction between the sweeping bellied blade and the blade with straighter lines. Hope this helps-
