Gerber Mark II's - where are they?

Hopefully maybe someone out there can help me. I have decided that I would like to acquire a Mark II before they get even more rare and expensive than they already are. I have looked all over the internet and have yet to find anyone with any left in stock. What I'm looking for is a lightly used/ preferably new model of late 90's manufacture with the serrated blade. I would prefer the black model but I understand that the silver ones are easier to find so I would gladly take one of those as well if I could get within 1,000 yards of one. The friendly folks at knifemart.com may have a line on one, but aren't sure, so if anyone out there knows of any other places to look I would be greatful for the advice. Thanks.

If by expensive you mean this (click here) then it may be too late. LOL A.G.Russell sells this commemerative one and it has a blade of 154CM

At that price, I think you're just paying for the idea, rather than the actual materials and work. I may be wrong, though, as I haven't price-checked this blade anywhere else.

Check out EBAY. Even though they do have restrictions on certain items, it is a great site to frequent for some good buys. I have purchased and sold many knives on it and there are always a couple Gerbers if you search for them.

The Mark 2 has always been one of my favorite knives but a little out of my price range but if you buy it from anyone get it from A. G. Russell great service great company.

Anyone got a line on an old guardian? It could even be moderately used(but of course, cleaner is better) as it would be a sentimental gift for an old buddie who used to carry one, but lost it.
