I saw an old Gerber Pixie for my first time yesterday, and really liked it. Looked about like the perfect little bird & Trout knife. I came to find out through research that the Miming is the same knife with a longer handle, which wouldn't be bad for us larger forepawed folks anyways....
What kinda steel did they use in these, and is there a difference between the sporting versions and the kitchen versions?
