Gerber Profile Modifications?

I bought a cheap Gerber Profile and have heard good things about its overall value. I wanted to get out and try it but I was wondering what mods anyone has done to them in order to improve the grips or perhaps even reshaping the handle to accommodate larger hands? Looking for some ideas guys.

I made some custom micarta handles and am working on a pocket sheath for mine. I have to say that I really like it, mystery steel or not.

Do you have any pictures of it? I am looking for some inspiration. I have many nicer knifes but I want to make some use of this since I already have one.
