I just bought this, after my brand new juice S2 disappeared two days ago. (Angry, but i didnt pay for it, got it in a trade) So i went to target, bent on buying another juice. But when i thought about it, i didnt need the saw, or awl the juice had, or some of the other things on it. While i was looking i found the Gerber Recoil, Autopliers. (24.99 at target) Its got this new Auto pliers system on it, that you push a button and the pliers come out Auto style. And the handles come apart to be used. The handles are closed and the pliers pushed down in, and they lock. Then you can move the safety (like a gun safety) on the handle, right under the button. You also use the safety to lock the pliers out when they are deployed.

It also has Fiskars scissors, Straight blade, Flat phillips, bottle opener, rope cutter blade, flat driver, can opener, wire stripper.

All lock open with a thumbslide lock release. The handles are curved nicely. And feel good, even though they are made up of the backs of the tools, They are still comfortable. It comes with a shealth with a belt loop.

hi thanks for the reply, but i still have some questions:

-do the pliers swobble/move when deployed(like the gerber 600 series)?
-are they true needlenose?
-what do you think of the wire cutter?
-can you open the extra tools with one hand?
-is it compact enough to carry in your pocket?(I carried my supertool 200 in my pants pocket)can it be done with this tool or is it to bulky?
-do the pliers open wide enough for must use?

I know I ask much, but its just that I want to be sure that I buy the right tool
