HAS ANYBODY EVER HEARD OF A GERBER TAC II, IT WAS A DOUBLE EDGE, FIXED BLADE, (SOME SERRATIONS), IT CAME IN A HARD SHEATH WITH A THUMB REALEASE SAFETY, IT HAD A LANYARD HOLE AND A HARD PLASTIC LIKE HANDLE. I USED TO HAVE ONE AS A KID AND I AM LOOKING FOR ONE FOR MY SON. I CANT FIND ANY INFORMATION ON IT AND NEED SOME HELP FROM THE EXPERTS. ANY INFORMATION WOULD HELPT

I had a Gerber Tac II a few years ago. It was a pretty good knife, but the sheath sucked, IMO, because if the "lock button" became stuck or malfunctioned, the knife wouldn't release from the sheath.

BTW...This is the knife that Kurt Russel carried/used in the movie "Big Trouble In Little China".
