I have a older Gerber multi tool, It might be among their first, anyway the screwdriver is worn out and small things like that. Any one have a positive experience with Gerber and repairs.

Send them an email, I'm sure they'll take care of you.

If it's an older model though I would imagine they will just replace it instead of repairing it. There is a chance that they no longer make one with the same tool selection, so if there are any particular tools that you must have let them know. Otherwise you might get something back that's pretty different.

mine was all busted up big time. I sent it in and boy was I a very happy camper. I swear they just gave me a brand new one plus they gave me a pouch and gave me the tool to change the cutters too. now I just sent in the tool. the pouch and tool I never sent in but they gave me new one too.

Gerber's customer service is pretty good - and fairly quick - but IF you have an attachment to that particular tool - I'd email first, describe the problem, and indicate that you have "sentimental" attachments to the tool - let them tell you what can be done. But I do know they stand behind their product.
Peace
Revvie
