As I mentioned in another thread I picked up a recent production German made Russell Green River Works Barlow in red bone as a companion to my original Russell.
I can't seem to find a lot of info on them online . Does anyone know:
Are they still manufactured?
Did Boker (or whomever) have a licence to make them from Dexter-Russell or were they counterfeits?
It seems like a really GOOD knife and the fit is good and an easily sharpened steel. I am happy with it but just curious as to the 411 on it's production.
Thanks!
