Frost Cutlery ?
I bought an "executive whittler" made by these people.Quite frankly the worst piece of cr*p that has masqueraded as a knife -made in Pakistan .
Since then I've been a bit shy of this maker .Probably many of their brands are Chinese made which is not necessarily bad .Also I'm a little skeptical of "German " this and " German " that .

I have a German Bull sodbuster in THICK stag.

Actually, it's hard to find fault with it (I haven't had to return it unlike a Schatt&Morgan with horrible gaps and blade play...)nice and thick scales,no gaps or wobble and sharp enough too.

I'm dubious and suspicious too about the made in Germany claims as no Germans I know have heard of the company! Probably IS Chinese which is a deception, but crap it most certainly is not (at least the one I have).

Hmmm... some Googling tends to be inconclusive. Sellers claim German, but AAPK says Chinese. I'd like to see one, in the original box. That should make it clearer.

I've a German Bull Muskrat which is excellent quality all round. I believe it came out of the Olbertz factory in Solingen, Germany. The same factory that produces Hen & Rooster, Fight'n Rooster & a few other brands as well. It certainly has the weight, feel & looks of a Solingen knife rather than the Chinese knives I own. So far I've not encountered a German Bull with Frost branding of any sort, but brands do sometimes change hands. David
